Refund Policy

At Reform Luxe Studio, we aim to provide a clear and fair approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read carefully before making a booking or purchase.
 

 

1. Classes and Sessions

​

  • You may reschedule a class if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed sessions will not be refunded.

 

 

2. Products (e.g., water bottles and studio merchandise)

​

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

  • We cannot accept returns of used items for hygiene reasons.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Refund Exceptions

​

  • Refunds are only made where required by law, or if Reform Luxe Studio cancels a class or event.

  • In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

If you'd like to request a return, simply complete the form below with your order details.

Once we've received your request, our team will review it in line with our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Please note that submitting a return request does not automatically mean your return or refund has been approved. Each request is reviewed individually and eligibility will depend on our Returns & Cancellation Policy and any applicable consumer rights.

If your return is approved, we'll email you with the next steps, including instructions on how to return your item(s).
