Reform Luxe Studio – Class Policy • Grip Socks are essential for the class and need to be worn at all times, feel free to bring your own or purchase some in the studio. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule, please log in to your account and select a new available time or contact us via email. • Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Punctuality: Doors open 10 minutes before class and Doors lock 2 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted, as the warm-up is essential for safety.
